Eduardo Acosta

In 1975 Eduardo Acosta became one of the youngest General Contractors in the State of California. He continually refined and perfected his skills, building a solid reputation with demanding companies such as Braemar and Paragon Homes.

In 1992 Braemar owner Louis Mahler asked Eduardo to participate in the beginning stages of a new project in Costa Rica called Los Sueños Resort. Over the next decade this project would become Central America’s finest resort community and Eduardo was at the forefront in creating homes and infrastructure that have been labeled “Beyond Compare”.

The skills, knowledge and relationships gained in that experience prepared him for the next step, which was to create his own master planned communities. Teamed with many of the same engineers, architects and sub-contractors in Los Sueños, Eduardo has made a smooth and impressive transition into community development. With the astounding progress and success of his first community called Las Nubes Residential, Eduardo has proved beyond a doubt that he can deliver affordable quality and value to his clientele.

Eduardo currently lives in Las Nubes Residential Community with his 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter. Besides creating memorable communities, his many contributions include creating the area’s leading bi-lingual school, helping the local municipality with many community projects and spearheading a foundation that teaches children around the world the importance of saving our planet’s valuable oceanic resources. www.EpicIsland.org
